The Origin Story

Understanding operational reality.

Manav Chadha didn't plan a 20-year career in cybersecurity; he built it one problem at a time. From managing IT service delivery for United Health Group across eight APAC offices, to infrastructure and security architecture roles at the Alberta Energy Regulator, Finning, and TAQA Drilling Solutions. That journey gave him something pure consultants often lack: a visceral understanding of the operational reality underneath the controls.

He built on that foundation with an MBA in Operations & Systems and five years of business analysis—translating what the business actually needs into something IT can build and security can defend. Today, as a 2X author (The AI Mandate) and builder of a privacy-first AI governance platform, he leads QTSI to bring that full stack of credibility to Canadian organizations.
